In 1990, Pierre bought the old Butler store, a small deli & grocery store located in Monmouth Junction, NJ. His dream was to open his own deli, serve the people of the community & bring them together. The community appreciated the quality & hospitality.

He then realized he could better accomodate his guests by adding a restaurant to his deli. In August 1995 he opened his restaurant, the menu consists of continental cuisine with the highest culinary design, served in a warm & friendly atmosphere.

In 1997, Pierre added the Bakery, which serves mouth-watering baked delicacies complete with table or take-out service. In 2001 the new Restaurant & Banquet Facility were completed which offer charm & elegance to leave a lasting impression, a superb menu, as well as a large selection of wine & liquor. The "Ideal Setting" to celebrate any occasion.

Pierre's dream has come true. He plans to keep growing & uniting the community with this philisophy of life ... Communication, Understanding & Trust
